- Depending on the destination, package size, or local availability, alternative carriers may occasionally be used.
Discreet Shipping
All orders are shipped discreetly in plain, unbranded packaging. There are no logos or identifying labels on the parcel.

Processing & Delivery Times
We are a German-based company with a distribution center in the United States. All North American orders are shipped from the US.
- Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday to ensure safe handling of chemical reagents.
- Orders placed on weekends are typically shipped on Monday.
Estimated delivery times:
- USA & Canada: 1-4 business days
- International: Delivery times may vary due to customs processing. While we cannot influence customs procedures, we’re happy to assist with any inquiries.
Sustainable Packaging
To reduce waste, larger orders may be packed together in one box. For example, multi-test orders may include:
- One instruction manual
- One pair of gloves
- Multiple QTests in shared packaging
Shipping Costs
USA:
- Free shipping for orders over $120 USD
- Orders below $120 USD: $9.99 USD flat shipping rate (may increase for larger orders, see checkout for details)
- All shipments include tracking
Canada:
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout (similar conditions may apply)
Delivery Locations
We can ship your order to:
- Your home
- Your workplace
- Friends or family
If no separate delivery address is provided, the order will be sent to your billing address.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the damage
- Email them to info@miraculix-lab.com within 2 working days of delivery
We will review your case and arrange a replacement if necessary.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and the chemical reagents they contain:
- Returns are not accepted
- Exchanges are not possible
