How do we ship?
All items are shipped in an inconspicuous box without labels of the brand “miraculix”, so that anonymity can be maintained. That’s why we work with a strong partner who ships our packages directly to the USA. All parcels are shipped from the CHI-SHIPPING-CNTR, with the address 940 Dieckman ST, Woodstock, IL 60098.
What shipping companies do you use?
We use FedEx and UPS as our shipping partners.
How long does it take for a package to arrive?
The shipping time of a package is usually between 1 to 4 days. This depends on the destination and location.
What days do we deliver and do we ship on Saturdays and Sundays?
We ship during the week from Monday to Friday. We do not do shipments on Saturdays and Sundays. If you place an order on the weekend it will be shipped normally on Monday.
What are the shipping costs in our store?
The shipping cost for a standard shipment for private customers in our store is a flat rate of $9.99. This price could rise for larger orders, pay attention to the shipping prices in your shopping cart. We offer free shipping from an order value of 100 USD for private customers in the USA without wholesale login.
Some parts of my order arrived damaged. What can I do here?
If an order and/or included materials arrive damaged, you should first take photos of the damage, please. You can send them to info(at)miraculix-lab.com within 2 working days of receiving the order. We will then check this and get back to you as soon as possible to replace damaged or defective goods accordingly.
I want to return all or part of my order. What is the return policy in this case?
Due to the nature of our products and the reagents used, we cannot accept any returns.
I want to exchange part or all of my order. Is this possible with you? What is the exchange policy?
